What a fun funky little hole in the wall that’s perfect. Great drinks. I had the French dip and will do it again. Wife has the ribeye and she enjoyed it as well. We will return.
Stopped in for lunch. The prime rib sandwich was delicious and the beef stew was tasty. The server was very attentive and accommodating. The was rustic and bit dark but clean.
Daves Bar and Grill is the Spokane Valley’s gathering place. Come hungry or thirsty or both they are going to get you fixed up right and for a small price. Daves is known for legendary 2 for 1 deals that happen multiple times a week and they always have a few deals going daily along with killer daily happy hour deals. One thing is noticeably different about Dave’s and other than the great deals on classic bar foods its their staff. The staff is the type that remembers your name and your beer order as you walk through the door enough times. Daves is a go to in my family for 30 years from birthday celebrations to promotion celebrations Daves is there for us.
A true “tavern” with a cozy, friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent especially the fish and chips which are the best I’ve ever had in central/eastern Washington. The servers were nice and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommended.
I was traveling through town for work and decided to stop at Dave's for some lunch and it didn't disappoint! The staff were all extremely friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. I read a few reviews mentioning the halibut fish and chips being good and boy were they not wrong! Some of the best I've had in a longtime. I also got the clam chowder which was loaded with ingredients great flavor and lots of clams. I definitely recommend going to Dave's.
I enjoyed the halibut and fries, which was delicious. My husband had the gizzards and onion rings and a hamburger. The waitress was fantastic. If you are looking for the best fish and fun little bar and grill, this is your place.
We love Dave's! We go almost every Saturday or Sunday morning for breakfast. It's just a solid spot. The food is good and the waitresses are always on top of it. Don't expect anything fancy but definitely expect an affordable well rounded meal you're not disappointed with. Side note: There is free popcorn. Seems weird but we definitely share a bowl every time. Perfectly salted and buttered lol.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. And a little over a week ago we had posted a three star review because the service hasn’t been the best lately. We decided to give it another shot this weekend. The food was much better although I wish you would bring back the old potatoes. They were a lot tastier than the new potatoes. What really changed our mind was Sandra. Every time we get Sandra as our server, she is fantastic! As customers who have been coming there for a very long time, she is definitely your strongest server! The restaurant was as busy as it was a few weeks ago when we went and didn’t have good service. You would not know that, though by the level of service Sandra provides. Sandra thank you for the excellent service with a smile we appreciate it! The omelette was 10/10
I really like this place for what it is. A hometown around the corner bar/grill. It punches above its weight class for the food, and the beer and cocktail prices during bonus/happy hour make you feel like you hopped out of a time machine into the early 2000's. This is not a fancy fine dining restaurant, but its not trying to be. However, the food is good, the drinks are cheap, the people are salt of the earth. It is my kind of place!
Hubby and I visited on date night, we both decided to have the fish and chips, which is halibut for the record. Probably one of the very few places that offer malt vinegar, if you are a East Coast person and like it! LOL But that wasn't the best of it, the fish was lightly breaded and absolutely delicious! The price is significant, but it is totally worth the money! We will definitely be back!
